The ability to apply more than two decades of experience in the finance and business sectors to her role as a real estate salesperson has led to Sarah Liu becoming a valuable member of the Bayleys Remuera team.

Sarah’s strength is in providing informed and timely advice to her clients on property investment and sharing insight into the local market.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in International finance, a master’s degree in economics and a post-graduate diploma in business administration. She has also worked as a manager at one of China’s major banking corporations and has a first hand appreciation of the challenges, both financial and otherwise, facing home buyers and investors.

Sarah is multilingual, speaking fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and comes from a diverse cultural background. She is enthusiastic about serving clients of all ethnicities and leveraging off her established connections within the Asian migrant community. Sarah understands the emotional significance of settling in a new area and buying or selling your most valuable asset.

Digital technology and other alternative resources, including social media, form a large part of Sarah’s overall marketing strategy. She believes it is important to utilise all available channels to achieve the best results for her clients.

Sarah is always looking to improve upon and maintain her industry knowledge and she has completed a number of courses and training sessions to ensure she is up to date with industry best practice.

An in-depth knowledge of her local area has proved invaluable to many of Sarah’s clients. She is a strong advocate for her community and remains involved in a variety of volunteer work.
